The First Day

Today started like many other days since my passing in that there are not so much days as there is one massive expanse of time.  Sure, there is tea time, but that is the only thing that is constant in the after life.
Let's get a couple things fixed right off the bat.  Yes, I have some admissions to make.  It seems that when I was stomping about on the Earth, I made quite a fuss about there not being anywhere like where I am now nor anything like what I was experiencing until yesterday.  People who knew me in my corporeal form knew me to be a bit stubborn in this belief so it is in that vein that remains in my consciousness that I hereby aver that I was not entirely wrong.  Without the delineating markers of time it is fair to say that I was right in fact.  When I expired, there was no time, and now that I am back, yesterday, was basically the day that I passed.  Ipso facto, quod errat demonstratum, etc. etc.
*you must bear with me as I am experiencing the existential revitalization equivalent of jet lag.

Typing is can be a bit of a chore as I must get used to willing the keys to depress although I am delighted with the advances in technology since my departure.  All of the old lines hold, no deadlines for me.  In fact, advances in technology combined with the whole other worldliness of my return, will make it quite a bit easier not to do work but to avoid it so expect no real time frame for anything.  I could say any such thing as I had to flit to the moons of Endor or commune with the crabs of Mars (spoiler alert, they do exist or at least they did, but I will let the lot at Jodrell Bank and NASA sort that out). Regardless of my reasons for shirking work, I now have myriad ways of telling why and that I have shirked said work.  Meanwhile I have an equal amount of ways to ignore your pleas that I create more. My how I love the future.

So many more things have changed since I have left and though I have never been one to judge outright, merely observe, I have to say that I am rather...um...surprised would be the right word.
I suppose we can chat about that as we go.  We have a lot to catch up on.
